Sweetwater Valley Farm
I-40 eastbound near Asheville, TN
First stop for the day was at Sweetwater Valley Farm to grab some blocks of the best cheese I've ever had (and several samples of a multitude of different cheeses) as well as a quick geocache before hitting the road and heading to Raleigh, NC for another hotel.
