Huckleberry Knob (off the Cherohala Skyway)
We started the day early leaving from the house and driving straight to Tellico Plains to grab some flat bread and other assorted snacks and goodies at one of all-time favorite places to eat, Tellico Grains.

With our meals in my backpack, we hiked up to the top of Huckleberry Knob and further up to Little Huckleberry Knob beyond that where we unpacked and ate lunch.

Almost everything I've read about Little Huckleberry Knob suggests that there are not trails to it- although difficult to notice from the first and higher of the two balds, there is a trail that will lead you right to the clearing at the top of the second bald. Bushwhacking is really not required at all.
Tracklog of the hike - 2.97 miles roundtrip
